I was recommended to start rowing and apparently I have a real talent for it. My first time ever on an erg was 6:32, the goal now is exploring if I can really handle rowing at a weekly level, and if my numbers improve I would compete. Will post here about things and updates
Hi. I went in the evening instead. Probably the best rowing session Ive had in a while. I figured out I wasnt engaging my fucking legs hard enough. And I decided to just dig in hard, almost like I was trying to push the machine itself. I was doing more watts, less time and much much more powerful
There was just so much power in the legs that I wasn't using. I tried and really rammed my heels in, as if Im trying my best to move it. It was almost embarrassing of sorts but it looked normal Im guessing.

After this day I did rowing, intervals training, and then the day after, today I did lower body training, deadlifts, RDL leg curls. Thats all

This is very good try this will work take a glass of milk cut a banana and put it in the milk then add a cup or like 3 or 4 spoon of oats but add any nuts you like cashewnut is good then add some raw ground nut then for sweetness add some dates and for some extra sweetness add 1 table spoon of honey if you dont have honey add1 table spoon of sugar no need to add more sugar as it will cause bad fat grind it a drink it you will increase your weight in like 1 month

I live in a hostel which is in a remote place. So there is no access of gyms.
Well there was one but the gym trainer made fun of me when I failed to lift the metal bar even without weights. Most of the people present were giggling.
I stopped going there and I don't want to go there ever again I am already socially awkward and I'd rather hang myself than go outside where I'd be made fun of.
I have managed to lose weight on my own I just want to look fit now. I have no money but I do have a desire. I am consistent that is all I am capable of.
I want my chest and stomach to look nice also my arms they are flabby af. Please advice me on how to fix that I would be very grateful.

have started lifting this week once again like all the tasks i started and left in between. mostly reason is lack of protein but this time i am just going ahead even with 50-70g whatever i can do. i just want to look a little better in 6 months even if it is just some muscle mass in my arms.
body is typical skinnyfat but on top of it i have wider hips and small chest and skinny/lean upper body, makes it worse for me. mostly fat is concentrated around belly, thighs, hips, calves.upper body is very skinny. not much fat, not any muscle, also my right side back and hip is very tight. will try to work on it.
equipment isnt much either, 2 dumbell rods weighing 300gm, 2.5kg plates(4), 1 kg plates(1), doing most exercises combing 2.5 and 1 making 7.5kg dumbells.

Gym isn't doable for me yaar, I am too much into hustleshit and can't dedicate time for gym, I lift at odd timings in first place like 12am. As for progressive overload, i can't do it for 6-8 months for now I plan to do reps till failure and give reps time to get more fatigue.

I actually dont care about all that, and only did stop eating meat because i got tired of it. The quality is horrible nowdays. Maybe i will raise my own in future. Sattvic also has regional and simolar variance, so that varies.
