have started lifting this week once again like all the tasks i started and left in between. mostly reason is lack of protein but this time i am just going ahead even with 50-70g whatever i can do. i just want to look a little better in 6 months even if it is just some muscle mass in my arms.
body is typical skinnyfat but on top of it i have wider hips and small chest and skinny/lean upper body, makes it worse for me. mostly fat is concentrated around belly, thighs, hips, calves.upper body is very skinny. not much fat, not any muscle, also my right side back and hip is very tight. will try to work on it.
equipment isnt much either, 2 dumbell rods weighing 300gm, 2.5kg plates(4), 1 kg plates(1), doing most exercises combing 2.5 and 1 making 7.5kg dumbells.

Gym isn't doable for me yaar, I am too much into hustleshit and can't dedicate time for gym, I lift at odd timings in first place like 12am. As for progressive overload, i can't do it for 6-8 months for now I plan to do reps till failure and give reps time to get more fatigue.
