What is Indiachan?

Indiachan is an anonymous Indian imageboard. Anyone can post without registering an account.

Do I need an account to post?

No. All posts are anonymous. You can optionally enter a name when posting, otherwise you will appear as "Anonymous".

How do I start a thread?

Go to any board, fill in the post form, attach an image or video (required for new threads), and submit.

How do I reply to a thread?

Open the thread and click Post a Reply or click the post number to quote it. Replies need either an image or video, or a comment of at least three characters.

What do >>N links mean?

Typing >>25 in your post creates a link to post #25 in the same thread. Hover over it to preview the post.

How do I format my posts?

You can use a small subset of Markdown-style formatting. The formatting is applied per line, so delimiters cannot span multiple lines.

How do I report a post?

Click the Report button under any post, select a reason, and submit.

I was banned - what do I do?

If you believe your ban was made in error, you can submit a ban appeal. A moderator will review it.

What file types are allowed?

Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP. Videos: MP4, WebM. Maximum file size is 50MB.
