It is fun, you learn a lot about how processors actually work

>>215 you have to start with the greats like Richard Penis here Im sorry Joseph Balls no cmon Anon thats ridiculous no one names their son such an absurd name Graphics Programming in C by Roger T Stevens will speed run your knowledge from the whole stack as you probe it and the obvious historical forces make it obvious that putting anything on screen is sovereignty

>>503 i did CCNA, it helped slightly in offcampus
>>518 for what role tho? that aint gonna help a pentester
>>519 sde 1 at pbc
>>520 Why did you do CCNA? It is only for network engineers and full of cisco specific chapters, if you wanted to learn abstract networking you could've just read net+ curriculum or pracnet's videos.

hello anons itt we discuss inference engineering.
What is inference engineering?? Sensei?
>>488 engineering gpu for llm inference. building data center basically
>>487 Just glanced over this. Doesn't look like much core concept here. Just an overview of general ideas in the field. I would recommend PMPP book over this

Socha tha ki mast tv pe game khelunga laptop ko connect karke Pehli baar connect kar raha tha, connect kar ke dekha toh pata chala ye laptop ka toh hdmi bhi kaam nahi karta Fuck second hand laptops, speakers aur audio jack nahi chalta wo theek hai par hdmi bhi nahi chalta iska Maybe gaming on a big screen in a comfy way will remain a dream for a poorjeet like me. I'm playing 11 to 15 year old games, can't even enjoy it on a big screen. Console toh khareedne se rahe, chutiya baap wasted 60k on smart tv in 2015 in the chutiya smart tv hype era. Didn't even use internet on it for the first 8 years, didn't even get wifi idk why he bought a smartbhosad tv if he isn't connecting it to internet, watched same old hd dth on it. When i said you could've bought a decent tv for 30k and a console with remaining money he beat my ass saying we poor saar you'll ruin your future by gaming saar, we're saving up for your future saar. Didn't save up anything, got my degree from scholarship. Even if i earn now, i don't feel like spending it

>>479 Im playing nes and ps1 gaymes. Its fucking comfy. I can afford a gayming pc with 5080. But I dont see the point.
>>480 2016 ka hai, no usb c >>481 Haa almost chuda hua hai mb, baaps laptop budget was just 30k. I got better specs in 2nd hand for cheaper so bought it, that's all that mattered for me then. Apart from the issues mentioned the laptop is pretty decent though performance wise >>482 Based yaar, i feel like buying some raspberry pi and hook it up to this tv
>>483 >2016 should've built a pc instead of falling for cocktop meme iirc mid 2010s were really good for Bharatiy PC master race but regardless blowing up your games on a TV is actually kinda overrated or at least thats how I felt when I connected it to my laptop if it has a good screen then just stick to it and invest in a controller instead
>>484 >cocktop >mid 2010s Bought the laptop in 2023, it's an i7 6500u, 16gb ram and r7 m360 for just 11k. Was much better than 30-40k newer laptops at the time. I bought a laptop for college, how will i take a pc to class? >but regardless blowing up your games on a TV is actually kinda overrated or at least thats how I felt when I connected it to my laptop I don't know that feeling yet cuz never tried it >invest in a controller instead Yeah seems sensible
>>485 a controller's mo brainer for retro console tiltes, other than that just use MKB for everything else till then

Do you guys know why complex numbers occur as points in the argand plane? it is cuz the real number line is complete, it has no space left, so mathematicians created a 2 copies of the real number line, both perpendicular to each other, forming a plane, one being the real axis and other being the imaginary one.

like its not even the numberphile one. its literally the mathloger one
>>396 >holomorphic function
>>391 “One” itself doesn’t exist in nature.
>>391 Everything is imaginary. Zero is imaginary. Humans invent arbitrary numbers to model mathemetical reality. All numbers are a type of complex number. On real numbers you can only perform 1D operations like stretching, flipping, etc. Complex numbers allow you to perform 2D operations like waves, rotations etc. To describe a point in space using Cartesian system, you need two different points. Now imagine doing this with a complex number. You can rotate any real number by 90 degree to describe any point in space. This is much more efficient and consistent.

Here we discuss DSA, Competitive Programming (hence the title), practice and study material, etc. To participate you must commit to participate in at elast one contest every week regardless of result >https://leetcode.com/problem-list/22fmu8yh/https://leetcode.com/problem-list/22fmu8yh/ >https://leetcode.com/problem-list/rabvlt31/https://leetcode.com/problem-list/rabvlt31/ of course smaller more focused versions of these exists. I found the original blind75 to be useful. filter by is not premium and you should be fine

hello anons, I just gave ctf (capture the flag) and all I did is connect my browser to mcp, and use opencode. that's it. openai codex model i think 5.6 found every flag within an hour. we are so fucked. also that ctf was kind of mid (not so hard like google ctf but not easy too)
Damn codejeets have finally turned into artists who seethe and then accepted that yea ai is superior but no soul. Also, yea nowadays code is not that expensive in laborwise so maybe jevons paradox may actually make it such that more coders are required. What should be the future i don't know. I'm hearing people in my department actually merging our entire cloud department into AWS since it's secured and automated and all the ctf are automatically done. Which means close to 30 people will lose their jobs. Our company is just 80 people.
