Here we share Personal Records and achievements
today i completed leg day without losing motivation and leaving early
>>485 I did 15 push ups 2 repetitions yesterday
>>487 Today is a rest day Tnrw is workout day
>>487 sets you mean? congratulations. i can do 10ish in one set last time i checked
>>489 Yes I can't do situps though My legs are weak I still try to do atleast 10 but only 1 rep T_T
>>490 situps is abs + hip flexors. do you mean squats?
i did pull up today, not like an exercise as it i am workng lower body today, but i was able to do some with close and wide grip
i used to weigh 53kgs at 5'7 height. i stopped running for 6 weeks and increased my protein intake (not much, only 70-80gms now). now my weight is 56kgs. very happy.
>>566 i can do 3-4 chinups, pullups are very tough for me. any tips
>>485 i have nothing. none
>>491 Yeah squats BTW yesterday I did 10 reps 2 sets of squats :D Still learning about the terms in my prev msg I confused reps for sets :o Today's rest day
>>568 idk the difference >>569 name something happen then. like that is what i like about without. if you do the right thing, the right thing will happen. its not like success where you need to do politics and beg in front of the right people for a chance >>570 congratulations, I'm also working on my squats
>>577 from clanker - The main difference is hand position: pull-ups use an overhand grip (palms away) to target your back and lats. Chin-ups use an underhand grip (palms facing you), allowing your biceps to help out, which generally makes them easier to perform. >>568 do lat exercise and become stronger?
>>581 ill search on yt about lat exercises, ty.
