post random unpopular old games that you played in your childhood and nobody talks about them
I had this game on my mom's laptop and i used to play it . apparently it's like one of the worst games ever

Gameloft used to be pretty good when it came to handheld games. The remake of picrel is Nova Legacy for mobile devices and that's a fucking disaster of a game. Everything is paywalled and it's literally a pay to win game.

I've sunk hours into this thing. The wrestling mechanics are so satisfying in this. You can go crazy with the amount of freedom this game has. No stupid quick time minigames for finishers or royal rumble eliminations. You just push your opponent hard enough that they go off flying. Which is what makes the royal rumble on this thing fun and exciting.
Tag team ladder match is where it's pushed to its limit.
It's a very fun game, I still hum it's main menu theme time to time.
Crazy how they managed to fit so much content into a 64 megabyte cartridge.

i completed metal gear series this year after the release of mgs 4 on all platforms, i was itching so much to play another mgs that I also emulated Metal Gear acid on psp , i think it's a pretty solid game and deserved more recognition

Oops, got so excited that I forgot picrel.
I've spent all my childhood playing emulated 4th and 5th gen games. And a little 6th gen which managed to run on my mum's chinkdroid. Gen 3 ones were pretty hard for my kiddo ass. I still have the save file for snes chrono trigger. I was at magus' lair part and it felt too grindy, it's been 4 years since then. Maybe when I find enough time to burn in the future I'll finish the game.

Nothing beats the Nintendo DS version of this game. It's pure crack. Never knew that a supposedly watered down GTA would be so fun. It's crammed with content. I love the drug dealing minigame, the revised wanted and evade mechanics are more realistic. The DS touch screen and the UI in it is just so sweet. Slap a good LCD scanlines filter on it and it looks splendid. I love the comic book style cut scenes. Android version of this was too polished and shitty, the grainy cel chaded look of DS was completely smoothed out for soulless design. The PSP version had extra content and better graphics than the other 2 versions and beautiful lighting mechanics but never played that one. Even if I do, I'll never lose the soft spot for the DS version. It introduced me to deadmau5 too!

I remember seeing this on homepage of Google play back in 2016-2018. Mobile games peaked in mid to late 2010s, now it's all slop.
Anyone remembers the original shadowgun game? Hands down the best third person shooter Android had. it was paid ig (cmon you think i paid for it?) but it was so damn good. The visuals still hold up. I'll replay it again someday. The best part is it's all under 400 megabytes. This is pure efficiency which is hard to see nowadays. It still amazes me how good it looks.
Madfinger used to make kino games

this one's the best game on n64 in my opinion. The cheeky adult comedy makes it even better. You're seriously missing out on some good stuff anons if you haven't played it.
This is how games turn out when made by real men.
