The biggest delusion in the society of jeets is that suffering brings success.
Most jeets truly believe in their hearts that performing the hardest and most menial tasks even something as extreme as pulling a rickshaw with a rope around the neck counts as genuine hard work and that this kind of relentless labour will one day inevitably lead to success.
