Tata Electronics is in talks with Entegris to supply specialty chemicals and process solutions for its ₹91,000 crore ($11 billion) Dholera semiconductor fab. The facility will manufacture 50,000 wafers per month using 28–110 nm process technologies, expanding India's domestic semiconductor materials supply chain.
