These tests are meaningless. Your result would come out to be higher if you have some basic aptitude pracice.
If you wanna test how truly smart/dumb someone is, teach them a topic and give them a completely new questions - the kind you'd solve using first principles and raw intuition. It's only exams like JEE Advanced, Olympiads etc. that are true IQ tests. Not these cope ass internet "IQ tests" lmfao. Another way of gauging how smart someone is, is by simply talking to them.

Not really, if anything those tests are the same as iq tests, if you practice enough you'd make it.
The only accurate metric is to see how well they do in their certain niche, thing is it can't act as a general measurement. Someone may be really good at a certain task you need, you'd call them intelligent.
That doesn't mean iq tests are complete cope tho, there is a strong correlation between iq and success in life, ability to solve problems...
