can anyone give me the lore behind this? like who started this? and like who operates this?(the radio especially)
i want to know how is this operated.
like is the host always live throughout the duration the radio is active?

It was started by IAC who has been involved in many creative projects that they (might be a woman or a man) post on inch, Bharatchan public abstract, kasperia, and one time the bharatchan magazine cover, was made by them. IAC started as a site to archive things, but then came the newspaper, which is run automatically, and so is the radio, the radio and newspaper pull data from /b/ everyday or every hour, idk the freq and so the radio runs literally 24/7, at any time.
The lore is deep on this IAC person, they did not grow up in India, travelled around during childhood, and has lived in south africa, new zealand, some islands etc, and now I think they live in London, recently moved there.
