IAC's advice
>>171 This is also like a meditation, like those sages who practiced in the early times. It requires patience and willpower, but above all faith. No matter how unfruitful the process may appear, you must not take the silence of the world as a sign of failure. The seed beneath the soil is not dead merely because it cannot yet be seen. Many abandon their efforts because they mistake stillness for stagnation. You seek immediate reward, immediate confirmation. Yet the disciplines of old were never built upon haste. A sage would sit beneath the open sky for months, sometimes years, without witnessing any visible change, and still continue. Not because he possessed certainty, but because he possessed conviction. Manifestation, if one chooses to call it that, follows a similar principle. It is not the act of demanding reality to bend itself according to one's wishes. Rather, it is the gradual alignment of thought, intention, and action toward a single end. Through repetition, the mind begins to regard that end not as a distant possibility but as an inevitable destination Faith alone is blind. Action alone is directionless. Together they become a force that can endure uncertainty. Therefore continue the practice without constantly measuring its fruits.
