How come there are so many Vacant post in nagar palika and so many people on the site claiming to me NEET and desperate for money? Same with CJP, why is no one joining the urban body? Do you all just like being NEET? Bolo Bolo
Here are some posts and the salary we can get if we join them apparently, Rakulcel please take a look, this may be interesting to you >Safai Karmachari (Sanitation Worker) <₹28,000–40,000 >Helper / Peon / Office Subordinate <₹28,000–38,000 >Driver <₹30,000–45,000 >Pump Operator <₹32,000–45,000 >Electrician <₹35,000–50,000 >Plumber <₹35,000–50,000 >Clerk / Junior Assistant <₹35,000–50,000 >Tax Collector / Revenue Collector <₹38,000–55,000 >Assistant Sanitary Inspector <₹40,000–55,000 >Accountant <₹45,000–60,000 >Sanitary Inspector <₹50,000–70,000 >Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) <₹55,000–80,000 >Revenue Officer / Tax Assessment Officer <₹60,000–85,000 >Assistant Engineer <₹70,000–95,000 >Health Officer <₹80,000–1,10,000 >Executive Engineer <₹90,000–1,30,000 >Executive Officer (EO) <₹90,000–1,40,000 >Chairman (Adhyaksha) Apparently it is something like an elected office, so this guy only really ever receives honorarium/allowances rather than a standard salary (which will vary by state, its essentially a very legal form of thekedari).
Putting this in slow moving board just in case any anon needs a job and this can help him. Not sure if we have the infra kino lovers of bhach, but the only way to fix this mess is to take it in our own hands.

Read about NAIRU. What happens if everyone gets job and employment is 0%? Everyone will be happy because now everyone can spend their money? Not exactly. Let's say a company is expanding and they now have new positions. If they want to hire someone then they have to agree to the CTC expectations of the applicant to fill the position (because everyone are already employed so nobody is going to show up if you post an opening unless you offer something better than they already are). They then hire the person, and now the expenses has increased and the company has to increase its MRP to make profit. Now cost of living has increased and that person is going either ask more money, or move to another company that offers him more money. This will keep going on till the costs keep exponentially increasing and cost of living goes completely out of hand. So what do they do? They keep a safe limit to employment, just enough to avoid any social unrest, but also enough to keep desperate job seekers not in a position to demand CTC they expect. These vacancies are necessary to keep inflation in check, not a "human resource shortage". >>1057 >sanitation worker >helper / peon / subordinate I will be disqualified for being overqualified. >driver >pump operator >electrician >plumber Vocational jobs that expect hard skills. Can't apply for these either. The rest are filled through state PSC or SSC and those happen once every year or two year.
>>1060 >The rest are filled through state PSC or SSC and those happen once every year or two year. Are you sure you checked? Also no, you will not be rejected for being muh over qualified lmao
>>1059 Same, i wish we had more anons who were doing infra thing, i enjoyed those threads a lot.
