Yes I'm against the smart Phone but not because it's a advance tech and my monkey Brain can't handle it but it's genuinely a distraction and a net negative in my life.
If I want to take agency back i will shift myself to dumbphones.
Anything that takes us more than a 1000hrs of ur life is deemed as addiction.
The current consensus hasn't agreed that smartphones are a addiction on the same level as alcohol or drugs.
