Chill it was all about my past experience but they refused to increase my salary because they don't recognise apprenticeship as experience

I'm saying that they haven't called you for weeks. They're not going to call you suddenly out of nowhere just because you now have a job. They moved on.
Most HRs are women. Rejecting men is as easy as breathing oxygen for them. They will sometimes reject, but they won't even respond for the most part. Just move on.

Good role. Learn a lot on ground level and start thinking of climbing up later in future. Do an MBA part-time and also sign up for those software courses and learn on the side.
