Most entry level work is now replaced by "trainees" who get paid in stipend and 60% or some of their pay get reimbursed by the government. I can't work as a trainee anymore because I have some years of experience and PF account from previous workplace. I got told this by a recruiter relative who is admin at a shopfloor. The pay is also trash. It take 3 to 5 hours a day for me to scroll through multiple job sites that has better chances than going there and getting exhausted is what I think. Maybe it's a shit strategy.
