Pay 2.4 LPA and they are demanding 2 to 5 years of experience. Of course, it's also a fast-paced environment and you have to wear multiple hats.
When I look up the company, I see a Bhoot Bhangla that hasn't been painted for a decade with cracks all over the place or a shed in the outskirts that has a printed plastic banner hanging at the entrance. Some "companies" are literally houses and the first floor is where they eat, shit, and sleep while they work in the ground floor. I don't know how the government even gave them permits to conduct commercial activities right inside their house.
