90% of the population is not driven. All they want to do is coast in life. If I have an idea/vision/product I have three options :
1. Hire people. Deal with emotions and their lives. Deal with their dragging the work for another week. Deal with their utterbullshit.
2. Act like japanese. Make them overwork , whip them , make work their life. Make them love the job by force etc etc which can't happen with modern people.
3. Buy robots and let them work 24/7 365 days.
Good. Automate everyone out.
