Nope. Different pheno is primarily due to difference in climate and factors like genetic drift. Aasi itself is a meme. Its a hypothetical ghost population. Any lineage they dont identify is counted as aasi.

I agree what you mean by the maid disgusts you, I am southie and yet I experience that visceral disgust when looking at sweepers and poor people. However I think it is more due to diet and lifestyle, they have malnutritioned since birth. I don’t think it has to do with AASI, every tall Dravidian I’ve met is usually dark skinned, wheatish Dravidians like me are usually medium to short in hight.

Sort of but not exactly. There have never been a pure aasi population to begin with. Indians are just iranians who migrated eastwards and got genetically drifted as a result. This genetic drift is what these mathematical models are showing as aasi but there has never been an aasi race which is why they have to do all sorts of mental gymnastics like using super isolated populations like Onge or paniya as proxies and force fitting every unidentified component into aasi. They have not even found a pure aasi specimen because it never existed.

Acc to me its the other way around.
Also like you mentioned no pure aasi samples there also have been no pure basal Eurasian samples which is found in zagros neolithic farmer.
