When the fuck will AI actually start taking over Indian IT and BPO jobs? Will something ever happen? >India's total IT and ITES active workforce stands at approximately 6 million
>>93748 Its already affeting, ai is taking over fresher jobs in sde.
>>93749 Source?
>>93750 source is that im a neet because of that
>>93748 it is already happening sauce >fraands who work in IT companies, both 4LPA types and 28LPA types of fraands >common sense >behavior of IT sector stocks and latest is this anon kek brootal >>93752
>>93753 Subjective opinions don't really stand well yaar. IT has always been going through "shifts" all the time. Selenium or Playwright or whatever replacing manual testing, Python replacing Java, etc. etc. >>93752 You got laid off?

>>93756 you stupid faggot, if you equate LLMs to selenium, playwright or a programming language or another, you should not focus on this subject also, stock prices, check 'em check "net income" of all these companies while you are at it any stagnation means a sharp fall is coming >>93758 no one cares about headcount only net income matters, and revenue somewhat check year on year revenue and net income and post your findings here for last 10 years of the top 10 IT companies
>>93748 >>93750 >>93758 >At TCS's 2026 AGM, Chairman N. Chandrasekaran said the company could have as many AI agents as human employees within three years and indicated that large-scale hiring may no longer be the norm.

>>93760 Growth is all I see.
>>93763 But he did not say that the present jobs will go away.
>>93764 net income is stagnating hard anon >38 46 48 49 >22 26 26 29 >13 15 16 16 >9 12 11 11 11 >5 2 3 4 last 4 year's data if you look historically, when a fundamental shift is happening, first it stagnates, and then it falls HARD
nothingburger
>>93769 >>93769 sup, mathchud
>>93772 more like financechud tbh if you are referring to some namefagger, not me, I never do that faggotry
>>93769 Yaaro I am just asking about AI taking away EXISTING jobs. It's NOT happening. Stagnation doesn't necessarily mean jobs are being taken away. I can understand some correlation if there is loss.
>>93774 >>93774 pajeet financebhangi doesnt know how data is analysed yoy basis pajeet financebhangi thinks analysis is done on 1 year trends.
>>93779 nu hiring will reduce first, then layoffs will follow
I just want my "SQL developer" relative to lose his job that he got through fake experience certificate. When will it happen? My parents are killing me with the comparisons. Also, some banking accountant relative as well. REEEE.
>>93780 karle pajeet quarterly pe bhi, if that will make any difference kek >>93789 will start speeding up in a year, and all these jaabs will be gone in 5 years. not sure about the accountant though. the banks always tend to keep redundancy in case some fuckery happens with the numbers and might keep pajeets on on a low pay along with getting the LLM systems
>>93789 rakul you shouldve taken that nepo route job offer, no point in seething now tho
>>93748 >only 15 years old coomed. >t. 27byear old uncle
No the campus hiring is also at all time low hcl reduced their head counts by 2% and even infosys and wipro are the only hiring companies but either they are giving 3.3lpa or 11lpa that too only for "freshers" of experience of 2 years so... It will look like this high paying clients will offshore the work in india which will show increase output in quarterly earnings but small to medium size will reshore it back to their homeland. When the models become actually good they will stop renewing the contracts even now the contracts are for 2 years instead of 5 to 7 years normally because they are hoping that ai will automate it anyways. All of it will happen suddenly but the process has already started. It's just not being seen
>>93796 Don't cuck yourself to an particular age u pedo
>>93800 If it's not being seen then nobody is going to do anything about it, especially the government, and my parents will keep pressuring me to apply for this 1 in 100 (6 million out of 600 million workforce) job.
Bump.
>>93808 >>93909 suicide karle neetpoo
