Jee advanced has increasingly become a chemistry focused exam. Notice how toppers are going for chemistry olympiad these days instead of physics olympiad
Next year's predicted AIR 1 was also in IChO winning gold this year.
Jee is a chemistry focused exam. Chemistry is the literal shortcut to cracking Jee because it vastly improves rank, needs less time for problem solving, both in mains and advanced. People's rank improves from 7k around to under 2k due to chemistry
Jee at its core has become a memorisation exam due to chemistry.
Also having 3 subjects is a humiliation ritual, it is very difficult to self study 3 subjects and you need coaching to blindly trust for one subject. 2 subjects is possible to self study more.

Redditors , especially jeeneetards chuds defend chemistry like it is their god mostly. It is the only hope of those unable to do math and physics

No, but the questions are easier in chemistry compared to physics and maths where problems are often calculative and need very ugly manipulations and calculations.
Chemistry questions can be done very very fast
For example, in jee main you get 3 hours for 25 questions in PCM each aka 75 questions. But you can finish chemistry part in 30 minutes max (I know people who did it in 15 minutes even)
Inorganic questions are literally just memory recalling.
Same for advanced.

I didn't study chemistry at all and only did math physics. I found chemistry to be a humiliation ritual. Imagine being in 21st century and expecting people to memorise the period table. Absolutely shambolic.
