Finally got my sleep in order, training can go smoothly now. The more you do and the higher volume of things, the harder it is to get back on the saddle if you pause. I wasnt going to the gym for 2-3 days because of a back sore, and honestly because I kept missing it due to not sleeping on time, although in this time I never missed my swim training.

so did I for a long while, but its easy to shift things around if you try. Ive always learned that better habits suck in the start but pay off once you get used to it, after that it seems redundant to do it any other way

At first even going to sleep is a fucking battle, I had to switch from melatonin pill to gummy, I guess i respond better to a certain brand, and I was right since I was able to sleep early enough today. You gotta negotiate with yourself at first, I woke up at 5 am, brushed my teeth and feel asleep till 5:30, then 6, then 6:30, then 6:45 by which point I eventually got up and went.
i want to go to the gym but i cant because i live in a fucking boomer apartment complex where these 62 year old 62 IQ fucks get annoyed by everything you do if you're <30yo
I was running on the motherfucking treadmill at 7 motherfucking PM today and these niggers called security on us cause it was too fucking loud. I wasn't even the only nigger running, there were 2 chinkimems running on either side of me and they got so scared they jus left the place.
The faggots in charge told us we can't run on the treadmills anymore cause its 2 noisy 2 em. So we can't RUN. on a motherfucking TREADMILL. a machine built for the sole purpose of RUNNING. And it's too dangerous to run outside cause there's cars going at 70mph on the stroads
i've just stopped going to the gym now. fuck these niggers, i'm moving out next month

everything is in disarray. I was living elsewhere for a while and although its been only 4 months or so since ive been back, it feels both too long and too short, time stopped making sense to me 4 years ago already.
Not living at home is great, and Ive never really lived at home most of my life, there was never really definitive home, so, now it sucks. Things are in chaos, everything goes everywhere and I want to start travelling again, I need to move again.

I say this because there have been multiple gay anons here and people often ask me if I am one of the each different gay anons, so no I dont think Ill identify myself as that.
