Since each person has a different idea of what that structure should look like, as well as what culture, language, and traditions they would prefer to adopt, the formation of numerous tribes is inevitable.
As in the old days, tribes will merge when shared interests and opinions align; similarly, a tribe will split into multiple tribes when shared interests and opinions diverge. People need to become accustomed to a tribal system, as it is increasingly shaping social dynamics worldwide.

Also mixing up merely temporarily reduces risk of recessive disorders. It doesn't eliminate bad genes at all. To get rid of bad genes entirely, every community should practice eugenics.
Communities that already have healthier gene pool should actually avoid mixing with dysgenic communities at all costs.

It is. Some castes are as large as some countries in term of population. Also the focus should be on eugenics in one's own community instead of mixing it all up which causes outbreeding depression and harms kin selection.
