There will be mo large scale protests against E20, reason is simple, the whole policy has been pushed in by European and US based NGOs, Gates Foundation is behind it, it is part of international "green cabal", Gadkari and some other stakeholders holders have been bribed by them, you will infact soon see pieces in International media about how E20 is actually le good cuz climate change or whatever.

It will not happen because its not a big deal. Only thing that matters is visuals. The visual evidence of violence is crucial to mobilizing the public. E20 is not killing anybody or dorectly hurting like fiasco around retests.
