Its been 2 months of continuous training almost everyday, and past month added swimming with regular workout. I def feel like im so tired, but I also feel amazing. This is the most dedicated Ive been physically towards something, usually Ive lifted for long long times, years or so but never really cared for it that hard but this time I've been doing something properly, lifting is fine but its a routine that never ends and you cant replace the feeling of real competition with just daily lifting.
As im writing this I can smell the water, literally I can feel it in my nose, I can feel the water pull on my legs and I can feel pushing it, I can feel the oars and I can feel everything.

Soon i will actually start using a boat regularly, I am not wasting time as training on a machine is just as fine but I need to move away, change cities for regular training on a rowing boat. That is the end goal of it all.

Im approaching the best health Ive ever had, lifting for years and never doing much cardio doesnt tell you how unhealthy you are, but I can swim long, row long and my aerobic system can handle it well, and that is what im training for it ofcourse.

I am, so so much happier, and its a lasting happiness, something in my base nature has just become so much SHARPER, I wake up and im not groggy or bitchy and I can MOVE and run and swim and I can think and reason and It makes everything so so so much better. Sitting in traffic is fine, annoyances are fine, work is going great, its like my subconscious and nervous system finally arent trying to fight me and instead helping me
How many calories are you consuming per day? And if you could breakdown the nutritional value, i.e., fats, proteins, carbohydrates, that would be great.
Maybe this is what life is supposed to be like for humans, maybe this is what being healthy and well set mentally is like.
This is to the point I think, I've alienated some people, through just disagreements in the nature of life, not that I was an asshole but a friend of mine literally has been so weird to me recently that we've kind of stopped speaking. A part of it really is that I just cant stand nihilism anymore.

I consume about 2500 per day, I actually need more (3k) and i am under a heavier cut, I try to eat as much protein as I can, eggs and protein shakes mostly, besides that is just regular Indian cooking, which I either avoid or eat under regulation. I am liberal enough with my food consumption on everything except the volume of what im eating and protein consumption, i.e drinking that stuff medicinally, or else I literally feel to tired to train or swim. You may not need to eat or focus on it as much as me granted depends on expenditure
