A lot of zoomers and people really want high quality places that function much akin to a bar rather than a cafe, they want places to meet and do stuff in. A high concept cafe with things to do (events and such) works well. This would work well even in a smaller city.
What you need is money, a good interior designer, a good supplier of coffee and a functioning brain and more money
