Why can't india have a hourly wage system instead of day wages like in countries like usa america and japan hourly wage will be so better Like 500rs per hour will be so good I mean the prices of other things will increase as wages increase but it would make our purchasing power go up fo example a person working 20days 8hr a day with a hourly wage of 500rs gets 80k and he can afford computers and otger things And even subcriptions like jiohotstar will get better as tgey will warn more from user and can be used to rent shows it will increase the standard of living Idk if I am wrong but say your thoughts
Any one answer
Any one will answer me

Nobody will do business in India if you implement laws that treat laborers as human beings.
>>61598 Indians will only take the worst parts of foreign culture, importing degeneracy and phenisim but not the work ethic and the scientific curiosity. Forget about hourly wage lodu, those are only for first world, you only get porn and diabetes
>>61695 Ok then what is a good solution according to you?

>>61598 Will never happen it's just not sustainable in developing country like India all the examples u mentioned are developed. Also greed is a big factor daily wage mke sure employee to complete the xyz hours shift otherwise they cut half day salary Btw one thing I noticed in it sector they never mentioned wage always ctc wich is not illegal but unethical (but morals are myth in capitalism anyway so..)
>>61813 Thx op for your words ya it may be impractical but we can atleast start with like 300rs per hour that is not too much

>>61867 Rather then money, it's more about central governments intervention in this matter they makes the minimum wages guidance line but don't imforce it strictly and leave it to good will; that's where exploit begins. We also got different sectors it took efforts to define various parameters in order to make new hourly wage guidance. It's not impossible and there are ppl who would happy would do so but it's risky;
