I'm sure I read a few posts on leetcode dicuss about Sarvam AI. They have 50LPA CTC for freshers. Can go upto 80LPA for seniors. Obviously the process to getting hired is rigorous, even more difficult than FAANG.

How to do projects?
Let's say I learn it by my own, how do I get projects done and get the idea of project even in first place
Also a side of my mind is saying it will waste time on searching for courses and shit, these are well-structured shit which eliminates tons of headache of searching and compiling a syllabus
