I was 70kg struggling with skinny fat now i am 66.8kg i have less belly fat. My kada is lose. My face looks bit smaller. I had a plan to cut till 65kg i have no idea what to do after that.

I meant stop focusing on losing fat, it is time to gain muscles now, eat in the surplus, and keep lifting, you need a surplus of calories of complex carbs to build muscles and fuel that usage of protein, its a cycle.

Its worse tbh. With obese and skinny you know what to do. With skinny fat shit gets complicated if you lose weight you can lose muscle since body is designed to use fat as resource if you gain weight you are scared to gain more fat and look like a soyjak
