Back when I was a shy bullied kid I was still very confident in my public speaking I even used to give unprepared speeches in phull angrezi without stuttering
The key is to not look at udience ond make eye contact only w/ some mature person or judges/main guest

Debating is a subcontinent obsession I never understood. Irl you should never debate in your workplace, to women or to anyone in authority. There is no faster way to make people hate you than debating. What will you get by acting superior to others around you over some topic you dont even really care about. Its all about your ego. Life is not to be taken seriously. Debating is for emotionally driven tards its best to stay out of it
