chan site anonymity is a hoax, especially if it is an obscure one, say some chamaar tomorrow defaces some websites and puts bharatiya pyaari there, youd think inch would go famous as le uncatchable haxxor but all the govt really needs to do is check all isps for all customers who ever connected to inch ip and then they can easily figure out who the haxxor is, this goes for all other crimes too, the only way to have a based infamous chan is to have it tor only
