It's the government behind why more and more UC jeetas are getting into IIMs and GEMs are getting rejected. They can't compete on reserved seats and they aren't even getting open seats despite being overqualified. So the IIMs will be full of non UC men and UC women.
Government is deliberately doing this to promote more UC jeetas mating with LCs.

30% are males, divided into the existing category structure. so of these 30%, 50% are OBC/SC/ST males and 50% are general category males.
