If someone replicates exactly the same Brain and body structure as mine, is the person who becomes aware me? But I am still existing in my own body right. But it brain neural structure which gets altered everytime we sleep, or do an activity changes us, so I am also not the person I was yesterday. So the question is who am I?

Your question is super hypothetical but let's say we even managed to develop a tech which can integrate as much as info as the human brain, then to answer your question you will simply turn into a software which can only run on the super integrated hardware but essentially you won't be any different from a software

Conciousness divergence, its like a branch that splits into two, sk he was pretty much you but the moment it diverged you are two different beings. Think of it as thr Advaida Vedanta, God is all of us but at the same time we all are our same beings and he is himself too. You are you, he is also you, but at same time both of you are what you are.
A branch that gets seperated but does not lose volume in this case. Though if you are to argue as a physical existence which one of the two is more of you, i would say it is based on continuity. He is your close so it is you who is the "real you". Sure both of your conciousness root to same point, but it diverged the moment he branched away from you.

Neural Structure is not rewritten to the point of entirity, It happens in fragmenrs. It is five percent at times then it is ten on other cases. However the genes that end up determining how it will change ends up making sure it pretty much gets repaired and rebuilt the same way. The confusion comes from ship of thesus logic here, but as long as this particular set of genes, in you exist with this specific haplo, this very specific subclad, very specific mutations, geno and pheno, you will always be you.
