Nowadays schools have them and they still keep it locked in a storage room. Becuz no teacher wants it to be broken under their watch. So yea kids played football and when they saw who was good in ucl champions they chose ronaldo.

Nope schools these days ban redball cricket without protection for obvious safety reasons. Football needs less equipment and is promoted in school grounds albeit very amateur level
