I had 2 ideas too.
1. Power to thread creator to hide/delete replies. Delete is too OP so maybe a simple hide.
2. Quoting any replies or other thread casusing it to create new thread. Something like twitter.

look up realtime imagboard or similar. the general idea is that you can see others type and a post is only stored when they click send

It's supposed to look like the recent post posts box on the main page but you can see all 500 active posts at once and the posts which anons are typing. Like a chat window but no recieve/send column and all posts are in a grid instead
