I feel like a lot of it has to do with the how they view everything around them like through the lens of caste and tribalism for example for them theres nothing beyond the surface level attributes which stems from their upbringing in such societies. These deep rooted insecurities and inferiority complex is then further internalized which they form a personality revolving around it and are unable to post or talk about anything that lies outside that sphere. They lash out on anybody or anything that attempts to challenge their worldview as a defence mechanism.
