I just stumbled across a huge list of maybe 100+ "companies" that are basically baniya model middle men shit that does manpower or staffing or training cum placement services. The only reason these shitheaps even exist is because companies would rather hire cheap contract workers than hire someone full-time. I wonder if such loopholes even exist in other countries. 100+ companies doing this shit in my city. I can't imagine the scale of exploitation that happens throughout the country.
