Nah, the only use of AI would be in enhancing ISR capabilities and unmanned land based platforms will be primarily for engineering purposes or carrying hmgs, robo soldiers for one no modern humanoid robot can compete with a human and even if in future they could they have no real upsides, you can't make them bulletproof without just making a bipedal tank at which point it will be too slow.
