P3 is the kind of experience that leaves a hole in your heart one which cant be filled with anything else, you are forever meant to chase that high again but everything falls pale in comparison
I finished P4 right after and Honestly its a great game in its own right but goddamn even then it doesn't hold a candle infront of its predecessor
but hopefully things will improve for me and I will be able to give mgs a shot

I feel like the P4's biggest selling point is its atmosphere that takes place in sleepy a bumfuck town where the inhabitants know each other really well plus your scooby doo tier friend group which is such a farcry from P3's Tatsumi port city and SEES behavng more like your coworkers than friends which makes sense, and despite P4 being a P3 asset flip successor I still had many things to say about it even to this day like it has a charm
yet to play p5 tho which like you said is apparently zoomer coded but I will see when I will play it
