i have wide hips as a man and its just too challenging to find any cloth that can hide my ugly body's flaw. is there any surgery? people talk about looksmaxxing, yes i want to genuinely looksmax and look appealing.
>>26676
yes if you want to do ug, do it but for NEETs? idk man. entry isnt same anymore, its a grind. you can do some low level IT work after learning shit like SAP but these dont have much pay initially. as for software(which is different from IT) its all good. its just hiring wont ever same as before. the current state of hiring is going to continue for long time considering economy is doing good now.
>>26683
i work as a IT support in mass recruiter company yaara same salary since 2023 i live in 1RK on rent its over for me i dont have time for government memeexam prep
>>26657
>guess what bhangi, lifting weights without proper diet only leads to injuries that requires surgeries
Uncle aapko Indiachan ka URL kisne de diya
>>26657
Seriously tho, this mindset is damaging you more than any gym injury can. Literally just start eating eggs and look up workout videos, don't ego-lift and you will be perfectly fine. I don't know who or what filled you with so much fear but you won't go anywhere with this attitude
when I was 16-17 I used to literally deadlift 100 kilos everyday and it did nothing to me, if you're young enough and not literally fucking stupid you will be fine. Just listen to your body and LOOK at what is happening. I really hate how pajeet thinking works. Ye karunga toh ye hojaega! Ye karne se meri maa chud jaegi! There is no salushan! Give me surgery doctor!!!!
>>26653
Putting aside the opinion of mid wits, you are venting because even you know, why you cant work at it. Doing gym without a proper diet causes injuries. However, you can still walk. Take long walks, 5KM atleast. Will help you feel less shit, lose weight etc.
>>26711
>proper diet
Eat more protein than you do now, that's it literally, it's so fucking easy yaar. Please don't feed into this pajeet delusion that the gym will fucking break your legs, just go slow and easy bhai.
>>26689
>same salary since 2023 i live in 1RK on rent
The absolute state of this nation. If people did not push every jeet into persuing btech, the saturation as we see it wont be an issue. I can bet there are blue collar jobs that no one wants to take.
>>26714
i remember when i used to go to the gym 4 years ago my bua used to say shit like i will break my spine if i go to the gym and die of a stroke and now her own son goes to the gym but still somehow remains overweight kekek
Come the fuck on guys I thought you guys would be different, why are you guys like this, its so sad to see it. Do people REALLY think they'll get gym injuries. Gym injuries are strictly reserved for retards and try-hards, professionals who lift heavy know what they're doing and keep safety measures.
Please just watch a youtube video on, "How to lift dumbell" it wont kill you
>>26722
Yes, La Illaha.
>>26720
BTW. To OP and anyone reading this thread. Gyms have machines, YOU DONT NEED TO DO BENCH PRESSES OR SQUATS, INFACT YOU MAY NOT TOUCH A SINGLE FREE WEIGHT IN YOUR LIFE AND YOU CAN GET IN SHAPE. No need to ever risk it, you won't be strained as long as you literally dont hit your head and twist your foot
>>26723
is going to the gym necessary? can you get fit if you workout in your room?
consistent 3 days a week with rest in between each
eat eggs and soya chunks for protein
?
>>26714
Amature logic. Your body needs about 10% to 20% surplus of protein in grams, that is to ratio of your weight in KG. For a healthy man who is 5'10 to 6 feet, is meant to be between 70 to 80 kilos.
For sake of the argument we can say its 70, so it should be 77 gram of complete protein profile. It can be done easily by consuming something like half a kilo of chicken in a day, or a bowl of rice, daal with 150 gram of the chicken. The question is, can he even afford that much everyday and all days of week? Rice, Curd, etc, and all the other stuff is also sometimes hard for some of these fags, consistently.
Gym is not break your leg, but a lot of jeet genuinely struggle with a three time meal. Walking however is easy, helps people lose weight, good for heart and good for mood. Once he gets there, he can move on to fixing his diet.
If he can afford something like 200 grams of paneer/chicken 200 grams of rice, 150 gram of daal, Vegetables (mixed) arround 200 gram, 200 gram of raita made with curd, he won't even need Whey (because whey should not be your core source of protein in the first place).
He wants to do something, taking really really long walks is doing something. If he can lose even a few kilos, it will clear his mind and let him feel less shitty.

beta ji, jab main nanha 10vi ka chatra tha tab mein pajeet.top pe aya tha aur tab se ab tak yahi hu
>>26702
even with eggs, i am unable to do 70-80 g protein and yea i had to eat eggs from outside.
here is the thing everyone just casually ignores, people simply assume that everyone's parents are supportive with shower them with monies for protein and gym when there are already 3-5k travel expense for kalej alone.
>>26691
Dont sweat it yaara, in the world of blind, one eyed man is king. It could always be worse, you atleast have a job, keep going on and leaning new skills. You may get a lucky break gere or there. Reference and contacts go a long away. Finish the year though.
>>26726
you can do calisthenics and it can work, however, the bar for entry on calisthenics is a lot steeper, It's easier to hit the gym and just do machines. Protein needs to be measured, but honestly, anything more than now is better than not doing it.
>>26729
I never said he shouldn't walk, and we can sit here and argue on diet all day, but we all know that 100% optimization is not possible, I am talking about 20%+ atleast, just getting started.
Hell, dont hit the gym if ur that poor, just do pushups man. How poor are you?
>>26736
And clearly it's not helping, if I read you correct, it's more or so your body structure right? In that case the gym is your answer, or working out and building your upper body to counteract your hip ratio. It's hard to hit the gym, it's hard to hit protein goals and it's hard hard hard, but your reply in the start of this thread was "Injuries are caused by improper diets", and that's wrong, injuries are caused by being a retard.
If you can, find a gym and just do literally basic workouts. Eat slightly more protein and just try your best.
>>26743
Yea but they'll give you surgery for your hips, sure. Listen to yourself talking man. Im sorry if you're that poor that you cant afford proper food and a gym, in that case, there's no hope
>>26719
Kek, gym culture must be normalised in the sub con. Not that anyone cares, but in the colonial era, jeets were forbidden from even doing gym-equivalent stuff, that could be associated with strength and aggression. A shadow of it is still seem in soyciety, a lot of parents antagonise going to gym or having muscles, and so son.
>>26747
Right on the money there. It's some sort of a weird thing. My parents never worked out, they were never against it but they always wondered why I like to. They ask me, doesn't it hurt? Don't you get tired?
I remember one time some uncle made a huge deal out of me working out and literally sat me down with my parents and asked me to stop working out, and just do yoga.
>>26732
>my weight is 76kg now and 178 cm height
You dont really have a under weight or an over weight issue. I get why you might feel your hips are wide. Walking is nice, you may have slumped shoulders. Add in a few pushups here and there. If you get a better job, feel free to go to a gym, and i mean a good one. One with actuall machines. Do not rush it though, i think you are doing well.
>>26740
Yaar randi ke pille, kyu apni maa chudwa raha hai faltu me, non vegetarian hu mai. Why do you subhumans have homosexual fetish for meat, treat it like food. Eat some pork roast rather shoving a buffalo dick up your ass, its not that deep.
>>26750
yaar, its fine, in 6months i will get placed then i can start it. its just i dont have same access to money from parents like other middleclassfags do and it has been same since childhood.
>>26754
I figured, though try to be a little kinder to yourself anon. It likely is not as bad as you think it it. Things get better once you start making money, given you have the free time to use it as well.
>>26749
Noticed the same, many such cases. It is clearly some sort of vestigial effect from the time it was antagonised. In the end if i were to invade a land, i would want people to be weak and obedient. Same reason why majority of martial arts dont have a strong foundation in sub con they way it had in past.
