Made a journal folder on my laptop, and in it will make one text file per day with notepad. IAC reccomended it so I'll give it a shot. Having it on my computer seems to the best for privacy, if I have it in a book, there is a chance somebody can get their hands on it and humiliate me. I will write everthing as is.
Good thing my parents can't understand my handwriting. So I'm safe unless it's festival andi can't let anyone see my revenge plot, love and depressing thought

Do you hundred % journal everything that is in your head? My thoughts are pretty fucked up, I don't think I can do that yaar. Also another thing is if my "friends" get their hands on it I will be humiliated and have to kms.

I tried to journal once as a kid in a book, but I wasn't able to be honest with myself. I was not actually able to write what I wanted to write down
I wrote whatever goes in my mind at that time bte i had the worst writting possible over the Years. This I wrote yesterday after i had an intense argument with my loved once. Also i don't journey everyday everything i used to do that but i lost track over the years. So i don't mostly unless somthing Worth it. But you can do whatever you want.
