It's true. I left chans and the Internet for a little while and my life improved dramatically. I got better grades, I got a full-time job under a professor, I got rid of 50% of my mental health problems like anxiety, social isolation, depresseion, etc.
I just came back because nearly 1 month in work got more demanding for the same pay and there's nothing to do in this small town so I spend all my free time lurkin here
