>Is this effective ?
I actually had taken it like 2-3 years ago. Back when I was in end of 11th or middle of 12th. The thing is because a lot of the syllabus had already been done, I wasnt really able to properly catch up also my school was pretty shit. The meds are effective in helping one focus, you can literally “lock-on” to a point or a task or a “point” in your brains relational-storage system if you get what I mean. And you can feel it in a rather strong way. To think of it; you can recall the scene from the Mahabharata; where Arjuna is asked if he sees his surrounding, the tree, etc. but Arjun only sees the target. You can feel that.

Insomnia (not for me, however like a year back I took it and could go to sleep directly, my psychiatrist was like wtf lmao)
Then appetite loss, you resolve this with eating heavy before and after taking it. (Appetite loss is more fucked when you take SR-- SR lasts the entire day, but it'll provide you a solid amount of focus throughout).
Apart from that if you take it despite not having adhd, you'll get hyperactive.
