It’s a combination of this and online. We actually got really unlucky as a race, jio being available to the masses and Canadian government letting gazillions of Jeets in occurred really close to each other in the historical scheme of things. Both events on their own was bad for our PR, but since both occurred together the effect was exponentially stronger.
