I'm from ludhiana. I like tier 3 cities better than metroes cause of chilled life. What are the best tier 3 cities one can settle in with constant supply of dehatan cuties and low spending/rents?

well im from Guwahati, a tier 2 city i'd say.
and i like living here, maybe cus im 18?
its nice enough, there are decent clubs and shit but the culture is not really party-ish.
