I'm confused between moving to the other country and getting a sarkari jaab and leeching off of this corpse of a country. Getting a sarkari jaab here is easier for me though and I don't have monies nor the connections to go abroad. Also that's a lotta work, get a degree there, then a job, even then you're not sure that you'll not be exploited. Find another job if you lose it, economic brootality of first world country, isolation and loneliness etc. These are the things that stop me.
