I think only japanese have commercialized love with their host bars, and the maid bars they act all cute and make the opposite party feel as though they are in love.

Sure many do that when they are deprived of it especially in these countries where people are introverted and cold to each other (from what I have heard)
I do not think there is something in India and even if there was, Wouldn't it just be like seeing really good acting?
Like you know deep down that the person is acting so why would you want that? unless you are intoxicated it does not make sense
