I have decided to bring back hindi chan. But this time I'll allow any language to be posted. UI will strictly be in hindi. Hindi wont be enforced but will be encouraged. all non indian ips will be permanently banned all spammers (caste and such) will be banned for 24 hours. After 3 bans they will be permanently banned. I'll be buying indiachan , induschan and bharatchan domain and redirect to my site anime posting will be encouraged Will buy a year of cheap hosting for it. Yours faithfully
