yaaro idk if it's a right place to ask this or not. but my upper lip is dark and lower lip is kind of pink. that makes my lip as a whole uneven. how do i get rid of that dark color upper lip?

my lips were even on my teenage years. even some of jeeta in classroom make fun of my lip saying, "did you apply lipstick or wot?", "i wish i had a lip like yours" bla bla bla.
