>>222226 at some point I wonder, I've never been invested in the future of India. This isnt a big deal or a confession. I think many who could say they care or would fight for (argue online) for India, eventually find themselves not caring for its future. Comfort. A life well lived. Most of my peers I'd say are comfortable. I am comfortable. I think the moment you find comfort, that you can secure your personal futures within or without India, you stop caring for its future.
>>222236 Thats true for most, i do like the idea of having a genuinely kino nation tho, but even that goes as far as i am not living the "RICH" rich life, and i dont mean "ohhh i make 20 lpa" i mean, "i dont know how much i make" tier life, at that point i will stop relying on the nation and just form a society or some shit.

>>222236 I don't hate India. I love India. But I never loved my time in India, much. With India and Indians, there's no fraternity. Everywhere I've looked I've had to find people like me. I'm not a violent fascist, nor do I think anyone on this forum is. I refuse to believe this forum subscribes to the belief of casteism, or any other forms of oppressive beliefs, I know that you love trolling and I know that you want to feel cool and edgy but I know deep down we're all disenchanted Indians. Disenchanted with everything. You might hate the protests, you might hate women because that's what the internet taught you but, I don't think you'd hate the ideas behind protest.

>>222247 Why is that there was never anything, in the public fora to nurture people. Why is that everything in India feels full of strife and annoying tease and just regular bullshit. Do you really express yourself to your regular citizens, not to the disjointed freaks that you collect, but to a regular person, will you ever be honest and say, "Im doing x thing" if you know that everything is met with either "That's too rich for me kill yourself" or "thats too gay for me" or "that's too undiginfied for me" Example. "I want to celebrate Halloween" is met immediately with "BROO YE WEST NAHI HAI" were I in India. "BRO COPYING WEST BRO" (The Indian usage of the concept of a "copy" is something I will one day write a book about). Everything I like is met with strife. All of my personage is met with strange looks as if im some sort of a circus clown. Yes I like sport, "BRO ISKA KYA FAIDA BROOO" yes I like to write, and yes I work in a creative field "BRO YOU NEED TO BE RICH AND ALL BROO YE SAB TOH SIRF AMEER LOGO KE TOTLEY HAI" yes I never gave JEE or NEET "BROO WHAT BROO"

>>222265 But alas, you can just up and leave, or have the misfortune of being attached to a land your parents kept you away from. What India do you belong to? And is that India alive? Was India a dream? Am I meant to live as a vagabond without a true spiritual motherland, a soil? Maybe, I'd be too melodramatic as to suggest that I care, I don't, we only care for creature-comforts and soul-comforts, all nationalism leaves the body at the sign of the gleaming acceptance of the west. A pied-a-terre in pineland and you'll shed most of the love, except for the occasional making-gora-say-jai-shree-ram antics.

>BROOO X KA KYA FAIDA Us Indians are too focused on Societal Approval and Survival and to find an upper hand to exploit your environment. We do not Choose Create or Do anything for our own Satisfaction or out of love (yes not even children) We Simply Lack Love or have Lost the Ability to love Let me give you an example <Why Do you Want to Become a XYZ? > I want to help people by XYZ and I am good at it (partially true) <Tell me the real Reason >X Earn a lot > I won't starve >Society Will Respect me So I will have an Upper Hand at Negotiations >I will have some Authority over My life (Delusion) Same or Similar Reasons For Most of the fields. The moment You Remove money or respect from a field it will be a "waste of parent's money" "waste of time" But they will spend more money on Marriages Just to Impress relatives that no one knows or cares about.
In Indian Society the only 'Art' encouraged and Loved is the one that can be Monetized

I repeat this Indian society cannot love, or has lost the ability to love. You ask two strangers who very likely hate each other—decided to marry and have children on top of that?" >Shaadi aur bachhe kyu kiye? >Ye toh Bhagvaan ki kripa se sab ho gaya <Sach mei? >The Woman got Married For the Society's Approval >So did the Man But to Get a Slave and an Asset For His parents >Had Children for same reasons as Above and also as an Insurance for Old age. There is no love in any aspect of our lives. Love is discouraged, frowned upon, and shunned but it is not their fault.

>>222276 I do not know which India I belong to. I might belong to the India that understands what love is, and how much we are deprived of it. Or, I might belong to the bitter India that only seeks the exploitation of everything that can be exploited. I do not know. What I do know is that the former is alive in some corner, waiting to be found beneath the rubble of whatever you call the absolute state of our society. But it is alive, for sure.
