thinking of preparing for gate phd to get into iisc once i am done with placements, will give an year or two to prep so that i have money saved. not sure what i want to pursue, didnt really got enough time to learn deeply and passionately. its just not possible when working under constraints.

I used to be "hold no regrets" guy. but I regret getting into one of these chutiya tier 1 kalej. its all a scam. no research happens in pajeetia. your higher degree experience will entirely depend on your supervisor which is like everything else is a lucky draw in pajeetia. no support and help system for students.

also your PhD will take 7-10 years. be ready to run behind your senile, spiteful pajeet supervisor(who thinks he's gora 2.0 in 1947+79) like a chutiya kutta for a decade.
